New Self-Service Feature: Edit Your Own Profile and Listing Information

We’re pleased to announce a new self-service feature designed to give you more flexibility and control over your company info on ERP Software Blog, CRM Software Blog and ERP Cloud Blog.


In the past, we did these updates for you. Now, you can make those changes yourself quickly and easily right from your dashboard.

Whether a new team member will be managing the account, the logo has changed, or you’ve launched a new product, updates can be made at your convenience, 24/7.


BEST PRACTICE: set a reminder to check your profile every 6 months to make sure it is fresh and up to date.


How to Use the New Self-Service Tools

To get started:

1.      Log in to your account on the site.

2.      Click your profile icon or name in the top-right corner. 

3.      Select Edit Profile from the dropdown menu.

4.      OR, click on ‘Profile’ in the menu bar on the left side of the screen.

5.      From there, you’ll be able to:

o   Make changes to your contact information

o   Update your logos

o   Edit your company description

o   Add your social media links

o   And more

The information you enter will appear on your profile page like this:

This self-service option gives you:

  • More control over your public profile

  • The ability to make updates instantly

  • Less lag time in waiting for changes to be made for you
