How To: Use the Payment Portal to View Invoices and Change Payment Method

Group blog members can now access a self-service payment portal that allows you to:
View, print or save past invoices
Update Your Payment Info
Pay any outstanding invoices (anything not covered by your automatic payment)
Resend Past Invoices via Email
Log into the blog you are a member of and look for "Billing and Payments" on the left sidebar of your dashboard. Or any team member can access the portal directly by using your billing portal link.
Note: There is only ONE Blog account login per company. So please share the username and password with your billing contact. See: How to Reset Password
Or any team member can access the portal directly by using your billing portal link. Click the “Copy Payment Link” button at the top of the page.

Look for "Billing and Payments" on the left sidebar of your dashboard.

VIEW, PRINT or SAVE Invoices
On the main billing & payments screen you will see the full list of past invoices for your company. To view, print and/or save a copy of an invoice:
Click the “View Invoice” button next to the invoice of your choice.
Click the “Print/Save PDF” button at the top and choose the options you wish to print or save as a PDF.
UPDATE PAYMENT INFO, PAY OPEN INVOICES or EMAIL PAST INVOICES
On the main billing & payments screen click the large button at the top of the page “Click Here to Pay Bills & Update Your Payment Method”

From here you can view/pay open invoices, resend email copies of invoices and update your payment method.

UPDATE PAYMENT INFO
Click on the “Update Your Payment Info” button in the upper right-hand corner.
Check the box to authorize payment.
Choose Credit/Debit or ACH from the dropdown and click the “I’m not a robot” reCAPTCHA box.
Enter your new payment info and click Submit.
PAY OPEN INVOICES
Check the box next to any invoice(s) you would like to pay in the table shown on the page.
After selecting invoices click “Continue to Payment” in the red bar below to fill in your payment details and submit.
EMAIL INVOICES
Click the “Resend Email” button link next to the invoice you want to email. NOTE: The email is automatically sent to the billing contact on record and can’t be changed in this portal. To change the email address that receives invoices, you still need to edit the contact on your profile page. Please allow at least 24 hours for billing contact changes to be processed.
