New Feature: See Which Companies Visited Your Content with Company Visitors Widget

Updated: 3 hours ago

We're rolling out a new dashboard widget called Company Visitors. This widget identifies companies that have visited your posts based on corporate IP address data. You can see which articles they read, how many times they visited, and when they last came back.

Where to find Company Visitors Data

Log in to your blog dashboard and look in the right‑hand column. The widget shows:

  • Every identifiable company that viewed your posts

  • Which articles they read (click the arrow to expand)

  • Total visit counts

  • Most recent visit date

  • Filters for last 30 days, last 12 months, or a specific month

We can identify the company but not the specific person. Remember, only about 3-4% of visitors can be traced to a corporate network — the rest come from home broadband, mobile, or VPNs we can’t track.

Note: Data collection began April 17, 2026, so earlier history is not available.

How can you use Company Visitor data?

You can see if current prospects or customers are browsing your articles and know which topics interest them. Or look up the company name on LinkedIn to find the right contacts to engage with.

One VP of Marketing told me, “Ideally, we would get that visitor information and then we would log into Sixth Sense, find out what other activities they had, pull down contacts from them, and then import them into HubSpot and begin marketing to them.”

NOTE: Members with a regional membership get an extra email alert that shows you who visited any content on the site, from the state/province that you represent. See details here.

The SALES contact on your account will get a recap email sent Friday at noon ET from info@erpsoftwareblog.com
