Tip: How ERP/CRM Partners Can Turn Conversations Into Blog Content

There are so many ways that you can take conversations you have every day with prospects and customers and turn them into blog posts.


  1. During meetings, write down prospect or customer questions.

  2. Later, record yourself or a consultant answering the question. Audio recordings are good, but video recordings are even better. (Tools: Loom.com or Piktochart Video)

  3. Get a transcription and turn the text into a blog post. (Tools: Rev.com or Otter.ai)

  4. Publish the post on your blog site to build a knowledgebase.

  5. Create a slightly different version of the post, embed the video, and publish it on a group blog (ERP Software Blog, ERP Cloud Blog or CRM Software Blog to reach a larger audience.

  6. For even more exposure, write a summary of the blog (approx.1300 characters) and share it on LinkedIn with the captioned video.

  7. Proactively send your recorded answer to others who are likely to have a similar question.

You can use the same approach for prospect/customer objections or support inquiries.


If you want to go a step further, you can even turn this content into an email nurture series.


As long as you are talking to prospects and customers, ERP/CRM Partners have virtually unlimited sources for content.
