Early Proof That the Best Of Lists Are Working To Get Dynamics Partners and Tools Found Online

Over the past year, one thing has become very clear the way people are searching for Microsoft Dynamics partners has changed.

Buyers are no longer just browsing partner websites or clicking through directories. They’re asking Google and AI tools very direct questions like:

“Who is the best Microsoft Dynamics partner for manufacturing?”

And what shows up are not individual company websites. It’s third-party sources. Lists. Comparisons. Content that brings multiple options together in one place.

That’s why we created the Best Of lists program on the ERP Software Blog (and soon to be expanded to the CRM Software Blog).

This is designed as structured, editorial content designed to help buyers make decisions and, at the same time, make sure our members are showing up in the places that matter now.

What are the Results of the Best Of Program So Far?

As of March 3, we have been promoting it for only a little over three weeks. So this is not a long-term “maybe it will work someday” story. This is what’s already happening.

1. Google Is Already Surfacing the List

Within weeks, the page is showing up in search results for relevant queries like: “Best Microsoft Dynamics ERP partners for manufacturing

More importantly, it’s being referenced in AI-generated summaries, alongside well-known partners in the space. That’s a big shift.

Buyers are no longer just clicking through blue links. They’re asking AI tools for recommendations. And those tools are pulling from structured, third-party content like this. That’s exactly what these pages are designed to do.

Take a look at this screenshot below from the Google search “Best Dynamics ERP Partners for Manufacturing Companies 2026”.

2) We Created a YouTube Video (On Purpose)

I am happy to see that the YouTube video we created to promote this list is showing up as the ONLY video in Google search results for this search term.

When we created this video, we did not expect it to go viral or drive thousands of views. We did it because AI search is pulling from YouTube more and more.

If someone asks a question like “who are the best Dynamics partners for manufacturing,” YouTube content can show up right alongside written content. Sometimes even above it.

So this is about creating another signal. Another place where your company name is associated with this recognition. It’s all connected.

And this was just our first attempt at a video, I think the next videos with our new “Australian spokesmodel” for ERP Software Blog are much better.

3) LinkedIn Is Spreading the Word

We promoted the list from Anya’s personal profile (over 10,000 connections mainly in Dynamics channel) and from the ERP Software Blog company page to put it in front of the right audience.

One post on my personal profile:

  • 2,487 impressions, 79 engagements, 11 reposts, 14 comments

One post on the company page:

  • 500 impressions, 11 engagements

These aren’t huge numbers, and they don’t need to be because it is the audience we care about. People in the Dynamics space who actually influence decisions. And this is just from our posts. When you start sharing it too, that’s when it really builds.

Plus we know that the LLMs read LI posts too, and that is the whole goal with this program, to be found in AI search.

4) The Press Release Is Expanding the Footprint

We also publish a press release for each list. For the “Best Microsoft Dynamics ERP Partners for Manufacturing” list, here are the early numbers after 3 weeks:

  • 58,410 impressions, 1,822 views

Again, this isn’t about one channel “winning.” It’s about showing up in multiple places at the same time.

That’s what search engines and AI tools are looking for now. Not just your website, but consistent mentions across credible sources.

What We Want You to Take Away From This

This isn’t just a list. It’s a piece of content that we’re actively working to get found, referenced, and reused across multiple channels.

But this is also where you can multiply the impact.

If you were included on the list, the best thing you can do is share it. Put it on LinkedIn.

Mention it in your newsletter. Add it to your website. Even better, add the news to other websites you are a part of.

Not because it “looks good,” but because it strengthens the signal everywhere.

What’s Next for the Best of Program

We’re only three weeks in. We are very happy with the results and we keep getting better as we refine the process and learn what works. Now we just keep building on it.

We have already published 4 Best of Lists and more are coming soon. Check the Best of List release schedule here.

We are working to automate the process, and we plan to refresh these lists every 6 months. So if you didn’t make it this time, you can put in an application for the next round

Do you have feedback on how to improve this program? Let us know.
