Looking for a way to create more of a buzz with your blog posts but don’t know how? Try adding video content featuring someone recognizable from your company. This could be the CEO, owner, top consultant, salesperson, partner manager etc…
You may be thinking, “But they don’t have the time to make videos!”
It is now easier than you could ever imagine, and you barely need them to be involved.
With new AI tools, anything is possible.
For our example, let’s suppose you choose your company’s top salesperson, that is beloved in the Partner community.
By utilizing Runway’s Act-One and Generative Audio tools, you can animate a character that embodies this person’s voice and image. You can even incorporate an interviewer character to add depth to your videos.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to creating these types of videos using the latest AI tools.
1. Prepare Your Salesperson’s Voice and Image
Voice Recording: Record a 2- to 5-minute audio sample of your salesperson speaking. Ensure the recording is clear with minimal background noise and captures a range of tones and expressions. This sample will be used to create a custom AI voice. (Runway Help)
Photograph: Take a high-resolution photo of your salesperson with a neutral expression. This image will serve as the reference for the animated character.
2. Create a Custom AI Voice in Runway
Access Generative Audio: Log in to Runway, navigate to the Generative Audio section, and select “Create a custom voice.”
Upload Voice Sample: Follow the prompts to upload the recorded audio sample. Runway will process this to generate a custom AI voice that mimics your salesperson’s speech patterns. (Runway Help)
3. Animate the Salesperson’s Character Using Act-One
Access Act-One: In Runway, go to the Act-One tool within the Gen-3 Alpha suite.
Upload Image: Import the photograph of your salesperson.
Record Performance: Use a webcam to record someone (it could be the salesperson or another individual) delivering the desired script. This performance will drive the character’s animations.
Generate Animation: Runway will map the recorded performance onto the uploaded image, creating a dynamic animation of your salesperson. (Runway ML)
4. Incorporate an Interviewer Character
Select or Create Interviewer Image: Choose an existing character image from Runway’s library or upload a new one to represent the interviewer.
Record Interviewer’s Performance: Record the interviewer’s questions or prompts using a webcam.
Animate Interviewer: Use Act-One to animate the interviewer character with the recorded performance.
5. Synchronize Dialogue and Lip Sync
Generate Interviewer’s Voice: Utilize Runway’s Text-to-Speech feature to create the interviewer’s dialogue, selecting an appropriate voice from the available options. (Runway Help)
Apply Lip Sync: Use Runway’s Lip Sync tool to synchronize the animated characters’ lip movements with the generated audio, ensuring natural speech patterns. (Runway Academy)
6. Compile and Edit the Video
Combine Animations: Use Runway’s video editing tools to merge the animated sequences of both characters, creating a cohesive interview scene.
Add Background and Effects: Enhance the video by adding suitable backgrounds, transitions, and any additional visual effects to match your blog’s style.
7. Export and Share
Export Video: Once satisfied with the final product, export the video in your preferred format and resolution.
Publish: Share the video on your blog and other platforms to engage your audience with dynamic content.
By following these steps, you can create professional-quality videos that feature your top salesperson in animated form, alongside an interviewer, enriching your blog’s content and providing valuable insights to your audience. So why not have a try? Bring refreshing new impact to your blog.
My Preferred Method
The best approach I've found combines three tools:
Use Claude.ai to create prompts for video generation
Then use Runway Gen-3 to generate video footage using Claude prompts (use Claude for creating or polishing your stories).
Import this footage into Cliptalk's editor to add story and voiceover.
This takes about 8 minutes and the outcome is very good. This method produces unique videos quickly and efficiently.
Have you ventured into the world of video content? What's your workflow for creating videos with AI and Claude? I'd love to hear about your experiences and techniques!
