How Our Members Use Our Blogs To Generate Leads

Every Partner wants leads!

Since our group blogs started in 2009, our members have used our blogs as a way to showcase their knowledge and competence within the Dynamics ERP and CRM implementation space.

With a combination of content marketing and link building they have generated high-quality leads that are “warm,” similar to referral leads.

Why does this work better than just blogging on your own site? Because it complements and strengthens your own site’s content and provides broader exposure on search engines.

  • By rewriting and posting high-quality blogs on multiple sites, our members are able to rank for more keywords and capture a broader audience.

  • In most cases, the group blog sites have a higher page rank in the Google algorithm than company website blogs. We show our members how to post on multiple blogs without being penalized for duplicate content.

  • We also teach our members how to convert content such as videos and podcasts into written content that they can post on multiple sites around the web.

Content marketing costs 62% less than traditional marketing and generates about 3 times as many leads.

What is a backlink?

A backlink is a hyperlink to your website from another website. Backlinks are extremely important for SEO.

Why are backlinks important?

Backlinks are valuable for SEO because they represent a "vote of confidence" from one site to another.

Search engines send out robots once per week that crawl and index the entire web. The robots read your content looking for keywords; they also gather data about the amount and quality of backlinks to pages on your website.

Backlinks are a signal to search engines that other sites deem your content valuable enough to send their visitors to it. If many sites link to a page on your website, search engines infer that your content is interesting and therefore also worth ranking highly on a SERP (search engine results page).

If a site with a high domain authority consistently links to your site over time, that is even more powerful.

Creating backlinks has a positive effect on your website's ranking position on search engines.

Our members are able to create dozens of backlinks from the ERP Software Blog, CRM Software Blog and ERP Cloud Blog to pages on their own websites so that these landing pages rank more highly in Google than they otherwise would. Our members also use backlinks to drive traffic to high-value content (case studies, whitepapers, demo videos, webinars) that they publish on their own websites.

Higher website ranking = More prospects finding your website = More leads.

"Web traffic is among the top two most common measurements of success for

content marketing strategies." (HubSpot, 2020)

How Our Members Use Content Marketing To Generate Leads

Content marketing enables you to establish trust with prospects before they reach out to you.

Publishing good content helps your company build a relationship with your potential customers before they contact you with a form fill or a phone call. You can provide valuable information that makes your prospects want to reach out to you for more.

When you deliver value without asking for anything in return, your audience is more likely to trust you to take the next step by contacting you to get more information about their specific needs. Your content showing up at the right place and the right time on search engines will improve your brand's reputation. The more quality content customers see, the more likely they are to have a positive association with your company.

Content marketing also generates leads.

When your audience views your content around the web on sites other than your own website, they are more likely to purchase from you in the future.  Calls-to-action placed within your content guides the readers to your website’s landing pages.

According to Lindsay Kolowich of the HubSpot Academy, "content is a great way to guide users to a landing page. Typically, you create content to provide visitors with useful, free information. You can include CTAs anywhere in your content — inline, bottom-of-post, in the hero, or even on the side panel. The more delighted a visitor is with your content, the more likely they are to click your call-to-action and move onto your landing page."

Delighted visitors become warm leads because you have established trust and you have given them something valuable.

More content = More trust = More leads.

We give members more ways to generate leads on the group blog sites.

When you post content you can collect information from forms and downloads, add action buttons to trigger contact from prospects and more. Plus, our unique Quick Quote generates leads that are sent to members based on location
